We do not offer returns on our content. If you ask for a refund within 30 minutes of ordering we will happily give you a refund.

After this 30-minute window and once your content is created, there are no refunds. All content created and delivered to clients of UGCcontentcreatorsaustralia.com.au is nonrefundable because there is no way for us to recoup our costs once we have created the video.

We always want to make sure our clients are happy with the result of our content so we do offer 1 revision per video/photo up to 48 hours after content is delivered to you. Any revisions after this will incur a fee.
UGC Content Creators Australia deliver all content electronically to the email provided when content is ordered.

When the product is received our turnaround time for Content delivery is between 7-10 business days. If there are any delays or issues we will contact you directly.

If you would like your product returned to you after content has been created you will need to cover the cost of shipping and supply a shipping label for us to return.

UGC Content Creators Australia owns content indefinitely as well as the creator. The 'Client' also gets exclusive ownership to use across their desired platforms.

The “Client” may download, reproduce, publicly display, and otherwise use such content for social media, website and paid advertising purposes unless stated otherwise.

AD USAGE RIGHTS - We do not charge a percentage or monthly retainer if you are using content for paid advertisement. Although this is subject to change if a certain creator(s) is chosen and they charge usage rights.

The Creator will not be responsible for any damages and loss from using the property outside the terms of this Agreement. The Creator will not be responsible or liable for any faulty Products or damages caused by products/services.
