CREATOR AGREEMENT

THIS CREATOR AGREEMENT is entered into by and between

CREATOR and UGC CONTENT CREATORS AUSTRALIA shall take effect on the date it is executed.

1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT

UGC CONTENT CREATORS AUSTRALIA desires to collaborate with Creator to create video and photo content.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

During the term (as defined below), “Creator” agrees to provide UGC CONTENT CREATORS AUSTRALIA with the following services:

Video and photo content when agreed upon.
Deliver content as per the brief within 2-5 days unless disused otherwise.
2 Revision's per each piece of content. If a client wants more revisions you will be paid $30.

3. TERM

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the effective date of this Agreement and shall

terminate on the date which the Creator no longer desires to be in collaboration with UGC CONTENT CREATORS AUSTRALIA.

4. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES

This Agreement does not create an employee/employer relationship between the Parties. It is

the UGC CONTENT CREATORS AUSTRALIA's intention that the Creator will be an independent contractor for purposes.

5. OBLIGATION

Once the product has arrived Creator is obliged to create content as agreed upon or no payment will be made and legal action will be taken.

6. PAYMENT

Payment will be made via Direct Deposit to Creator 1-3 days after the content has been approved by the Client.

7. OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS

Creator and UGC CONTENT CREATORS AUSTRALIA will remain the exclusive owner of all rights, titles and interests, throughout the world, to all Content and any copies of the Content. UGC CONTENT CREATORS AUSTRALIA are able to use content provided by Creator in advertising across social media platforms, websites and google.

8. TERMINATION

Creator and UGC CREATORS AUSTRALIA may each terminate this Agreement in writing at any time, for any

reason. Termination will be effective on the date of such notice. No payments will occur after a written notice from Creator.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire contract among the Parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and there are no warranties, representations or other agreements in connection with the subject matter hereof, except as specifically set forth herein.
